At STRENEY, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return process to make things easy.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our dedicated returns portal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and free of odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags and protective packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale or discounted items marked as such are non-returnable.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not returnable.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label.
    (This fee is waived for store credit or exchanges.)

  • Returns are manually reviewed by our team. Please allow up to 14 business days after your return is received.

  • Orders paid using installment services (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) are subject to the original payment agreement.


Exchanges

We offer:

  • Standard Exchanges

  • Instant Exchanges (require temporary credit card authorization)

Note:

  • Exchanged items can only be returned once, for store credit only.

  • International customers can return for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.


International Orders (Including Canada)

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for orders outside the U.S.

  • International customers must ship returns to our provided return address at their own cost.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved.


Defective Items or Order Errors

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us immediately at [your email/contact info] with photo or video proof.


How to Return

  1. Access the returns portal on our website and follow the guided steps.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare the item securely.

  3. Include the return form inside the package.

  4. Drop off with the designated carrier.

  5. Once received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
